Shaping Unley

Shaping Unley is an innovative digital deliberation platform that seeks genuine involvement from the community to generate ideas and inform Council decision making on complex or polarising issues.

When exploring these issues, Council will partner with the community to step through the problems, opportunities and possible solutions in a collaborative way to assist with creating policies, strategies, programs and services in line with community needs.

The use of the Shaping Unley digital deliberation platform increases accessibility, encouraging greater community participation in complex consultations. It also provides valuable insights during the early development process of policy and a wider acceptance of policy outcomes, making our city a better place to live, visit, work and do business.
