Community & Strategic 4 Year Plans

Our Community Plan Towards 2050 sets a vision for the City of Unley ‘to be a connected, progressive, and resilient city’. The Plan was developed through engagement with our community, elected members, staff, and key stakeholders. It sets out 4 key theme areas (Community, Economy, Environment, and Places and Spaces) with associated goals and objectives. We want to make sure our community is at the centre of everything we do, to create an environment where everyone thrives, and people, at all ages, enjoy an excellent quality of life.

Work is now underway to develop our new Strategic 4-Year Delivery Plan, which translates our Community Plan Towards 2050 aspirations into actions. It highlights our priorities, outlining key initiatives and measurable outcomes to ensure alignment with our long-term vision. As a transparent and accountable Council, we will set measures and targets to keep us focused on our goals and objectives and track our progress. This delivery plan enables us to deliver meaningful improvements for our community while adapting to evolving needs and challenges.
