Sport, fitness & recreation

Council's parks and reserves, including tennis courts, playing fields, sporting facilities and open spaces, are available to be booked for a variety of activities.

You may be required to apply for a permit to use and carry out your activity.

Activities which require a permit include;

  • Personal fitness or small group training or activities
  • Commercial fitness groups, including yoga, pilates, tai chi etc
  • Regular or one off Sports training
  • Dog obedience training
  • Sports carnivals or sporting events
  • Any event for 100+ people
